Visually inspected, good used Isuzu 4HE1-xs block from a 1999 Isuzu NPR-HD truck. Engine serial number is unknown, but a casting number found on the block is 98616. Block has been carefully inspected and the bearing surfaces all look good. Honing marks are not easily visible within the cylinders.
